By doing business with Drop In Surf, Inc. the customer is releasing Drop In Surf, Inc. from any and all liability.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds - refunds will be provided with a 48 hour notice. All refund requests must be emailed to dropintopsail@gmail.com

Promo codes - If using a promo code there will be not refunds.

Bikes - E-bikes are only to be used by 16+ year olds and helmets are mandatory. The e-bikes are NOT to be used on the beach.

Please know we are a small business. Rentals are to be handled with care. We do have the policy of "if you break it, you buy it."
